In these 37 lectures, you’ll learn all about:

• Purchase Requisitions: You’ll gain an in-depth of how to create and search purchase requisitions like how to import purchase requisitions from excel spreadsheet into the system.
• Purchase Orders: We’ll teach you about all the purchase order functions in the system such as creating a purchase order, generating a PO from a requisition,  searching for PO’s, email and print PO’s. Also, you will learn how to import purchase orders from external excel spreadsheet.
• Purchase Agreements : The course covers in detail how to create blanket and contract agreements. In addition, you will learn how to create release PO’s from these agreements.
• Receipts and Returns: We’ll go through the different receipt types such as direct receipts ,standard receipts, and inspection required receipts. Moreover, we’ll cover the receipt returns and receipt corrections.
• Approved Supplier List (ASL): You’ll discover all the steps to creating an ASL from scratch and generating ASL from an existing blanket agreement.
• Suppliers. We’ll teach you how to create and maintain supplier records in the system in terms of creating a new suppliers, updating existing suppliers, search suppliers in the system. Last but not least, we’ll show you the detailed steps of importing suppliers from external excel spreadsheet.
• Reports: The course go over procurement dashboards that are set up with Oracle Cloud ERP and discuss the different reports and analytics within each dashboard.
