The other day I was talking to one of my colleagues that I met during a CPA event and she shared actually with me what they were doing. In a nutshell, they’re trying to standardize a new business process. Everyone knows that if you’re going to roll out anything in an organization with more than 5 people, you’re going to need to put in a bit of elbow grease in preparing for the change.
