How to Export Data to Excel (1:04 min)
The export data to excel button is available on a wide variety of screens within Oracle. anytime you have a screen where the information is Illustrated in somewhat of a grid format, you will likely find the export to excel button. Whenever you see that export to excel button that means that you are able to export to excel.
Once you have exported to excel, you are able to use any of the normal Excel functions to manipulate and reformat the data As You Wish. Of course you can also store it offline or on your own network drives as you need.
Enter the User ID and Password.
- Click on Sign In button.
- Below form will open.
- Navigator General Accounting Journals.
- Click on tasks button.
- Navigation Journals Manage Journals.
- Enter the period and category, to search the journals you want to export to excel.
- Click on Search.
- Click on Icon- Export to Excel.
In all Oracle Cloud ERP forms, wherein the data is presented in tabular format, we can use the similar approach to export the data to excel.
